Essential functions: 

• Responsible for the production area, preparing products and following procedures. 
• Responsible for the operating the sandwich unit, toaster, grill unit and cutting board among other pieces of equipment. 
• Responsible for upholding proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards. 

Requirements: 

• Preferably some college and/or food service experience. 
• Have a customer service mindset
• Excellent communication skills 
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) 
• Must be available to work weekends.
